Payment and Process Description
To initiate your project with Foxcrete Construction Group LLC, a deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required at the start. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin planning your custom design. The total when you select your size reflects the 10% due at this time.
Once the 10% deposit is received, we will arrange a design consultation. During this meeting, we will explore various color options and patterns tailored to your vision. Your input is valuable, and we aim to ensure that the final design reflects your preferences.
The timeline to start most jobs typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Please note that concrete takes approximately 30 to 60 days to cure fully and reveal its natural color.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. This allows you to review the work before finalizing your payment, ensuring your satisfaction with the finished product. We look forward to bringing your vision to life with our expert concrete services.
